The introduction to sector 2 starts just before corner 4. The driver will come out of the top straight from corner three, reaching the top speed of our phase one course. Breaking hard to get the car ready for the level track (not banked) 90 degree downhill corner that exits straight in corner 5, a 2.5% banked sharp right hand corner that again leads to a 2.5% off camber right bend that will promote the car wanting to drift of the track and car control and the right line will be needed before this corner combination ends with the left hand corner 7.
The driver then races towards the very hard left hand downhill corner 8 and gets ready for sector 3.

This is the point where you brake to get the car ready for corner 4. At the same time, this is the start of sector 2 and the highest speed area of the track.

VIMR-Grading-Complete
This detail photo shows the grading is coming close to the end.  Sometimes up to 6 feet of crush and gravel have been brought to the site and filled the bed of the road. Now only the fine tune gravel and the three layer of asphalt will bring the road surface to the red ribbon at the markers.

View towards the uphill corner combination of 6 and 7, a right left combination that on top of that is 2.5% off camber. Again, drivers will be happy with the run off areas and the fact they are not just grass but paved run off areas.

VIMR-Runoff-area
Run off area, as we expect a few people won’t be able to make the corner and will be thankful for the extra room to slow down and return safely to the track to continue the lap
