When You Book

You should have confidence when you book an experience with us that we are doing everything we can to ensure you have an unforgettable experience ready for you. We continue to monitor governing bodies and local health agencies for the latest developments and are reinforcing recommendations on the appropriate health and safety measures throughout our operations.

Before Your Visit

Given the evolving impact of COVID-19 on how we conduct business, socialize and travel, we have adjusted the flexibility of our cancellation policy as a response to these challenging times. For guests with a pre-paid experience, we will hold your credit on file to be applied towards any future booking before the end of 2020. We will also waive any change fees associated with your re-booking.

During Your Visit

We recognize that COVID-19 has encouraged all of us to be more mindful as we carry on throughout our day. At Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit, our team is committed to achieving the highest standards of hygiene and sanitization so you can have peace of mind during your visit. We have added extra cleaning and sanitization procedures throughout our facility, with our equipment and with our fleet vehicles. In addition, any staff travelling or recently returned from their travels will act in accordance with Government regulations.

We are open for business as usual but appreciate that these are upsetting times and want to remind you that your health and safety is our priority. We remain committed to providing you with a premium experience at our facility.
