24 Hours of Le Mans | Ferrari Three-peat
Ferrari made prestigious motorsport headlines outside of Formula 1 last month. The No. 83 Ferrari 499P from AF Corse secured a thrilling overall victory at the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans – the marque’s third-straight win of the world’s most famous endurance race since re-entering in 2023. Behind the wheel, Robert Kubica – along with teammates Yifei Ye and Phil Hanson – drove the 499P passed the checkered flag completing 387 laps. The trio’s performance marked a career milestone for both Kubica and Ye, each earning their first overall Le Mans title. The No. 83 car finished just 14-seconds ahead of the runner-up No. 6 Porsche 962 of Team Penske, and the third-place No. 51 factory-entered Ferrari 499P. The result not only reinforces Ferrari’s continued strength in endurance racing, but also places Kubica in elite company as only the second Formula 1 Grand Prix winner to triumph at Le Mans.
