The 6th Annual Luxury & Supercar Weekend took place last week and once again there was a fantastic display of automobiles.  Hosted on the beautiful grounds of the VanDusen Botanical Garden, the $200+ million of rare classics and modern supercars definitely set the tone for the elegance that took place that weekend.   In addition to the collection of automobiles, the event featured fall fashions from Oakridge Centre, over $150 million worth of jewellery from Birks, gourmet food from local suppliers, fine wine and premium spirits from a few national sponsors.
As we are now finalizing and preparing to launch our membership packages for the Vancouver Island Motorsport Resort, we knew this would be the perfect event to spark some interest for our upcoming facility; and indeed it did.   With the help and support from Uli at International Exhibition Services, Robb from Rutherford Audio, Madman McKays and Chris and his team at Pepsi Co and Pure Leaf, we had one of the best displays of the show.   Everything from our LED display of our track layout to the unveiling of our new track video, all aspects were prepared with our future members in mind.
Thank you to everyone who visited us at the event and we look forward to hosting a tour for the many interested members of the Vancouver island Motorsport Resort in the coming months.
