Cancellation: Enjoy a full refund if canceled within 14 days of payment.

Rescheduling: Changes within 7 days of your event can be made for a $150 rescheduling fee.

Corporate Events: A 50% non-refundable facility deposit is required at the time of booking.

Bring your personal vehicle to the Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit and turn your dream into a reality. Before hitting the track, take a moment to inspect your vehicle for any minor issues, like nails or debris in your tires picked up during your journey. While these might not pose a problem on the road, they could become a safety concern on the Circuit. Your safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure you have the best experience possible!

The Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit is a year-round facility dedicated to driving passion, precision, and unforgettable experiences. To ensure an enjoyable environment for all guests and our surrounding community, we ask that all visitors adhere to our safety and noise policies.

Our maximum sound limit is 95 dB. Vehicles exceeding this limit will be flagged or removed from the Circuit. We continually monitor sound levels using our Class “A” sound monitoring system during all operational hours to maintain this standard.

Please note that vehicles with modified exhaust systems designed to produce excessive or deliberate noise are not permitted. Our benchmark for sound is aligned with modern high-performance sports cars such as the Porsche GT4 Clubsport, Porsche GT3 RS, AMG GT S, Ferraris, McLarens, Lamborghinis, and Corvettes. These vehicles are engineered for balanced, thrilling performance and sound, ensuring excitement without compromising respect for others.

We kindly ask all participants to inspect their vehicles for compliance with our safety and noise guidelines prior to arrival. By doing so, we can guarantee a safe, exhilarating day at the Circuit while respecting our neighbors.
