This morning at 5:30am, the dedicated teams of SupErb Construction, Triple T Excavating and Island Paving began the ambitious task of paving the entire main circuit of the track in one day.

On October 27, 2015, the next significant step toward making our vision come to life will be realized with the laying of the road surface onto the meticulously prepared aggregate base course.

Sit back and turn up the volume as you enjoy the first lap of our state-of-the art Motorsport Resort.

It’s clear to see what Tilke GMBH & Co had in mind when they designed the circuit. Forms to create the curbing will begin to be placed within the next week. The track will then receive a light “crush” topping (a light aggregate) prior to final grading.

After months of amazing weather, we have finally received some much needed rain and the team of SupErb Construction along with Triple T Excavating are taking advantage of every minute and every piece of equipment to compact the fill and gravel in preparation to pave
